Runners of all abilities can benefit from the Stride Perfection Service. The service is intended to assist anyone interested in making running more enjoyable and efficient, while improving performance and decreasing injury. Scott has worked with elite runners and novices, male and female, young and old. No one has run too long to be able to learn better running technique, and it's never too early to start. You need not be a competitive runner to work with Scott- you need only to desire improvement.
I was intimidated by the prospect of signing up for stride analysis service with an athlete of Scott's caliber, but he is amazingly patient and generous, and it turns out he's great at explaining concepts that are probably very simple to him. He's like a Nobel Prize winner in physics who can actually teach you basic algebra.-Debbie

I was two days away from IT band surgery when I met Scott. After a year of painful running, or no running at all, Scott had me back on the road within six weeks. Not only was I pain free, but I was faster and more efficient than before.-Madeline
At the time of arthroscopic surgery on my right knee, I was advised to decrease my running. This was an unacceptable bit of advice and I decided to ask Scott Jurek for a better answer. In August 2001, Scott provided a complete evaluation of my running status. We worked several hours to determine how to adjust my stride, correct my posture, find a better running shoe and other advice to improve my running. I also worked with a coach for several sessions for additional information to help adapt the ideas that had been suggested. In July 2004, I again met with Scott for a status report. Since having worked with Scott, I have run 2 more marathons, 10 ½ marathons, and many other races. All these events have been pain free and with improved finish times over prior events of the same distances. Scott and his program have given new life to my sport of running. Without his advice and guidance I am very sure I would not be able to look forward to running and racing for the rest of my life.-Linda, 63 years old
