Scott is currently restructuring his stride analysis service and fee schedule and is taking no new clients at this time. Please check back for details.
Please bring to your appointments current running shoes, old running shoes showing significant wear, orthotics or insoles if used, standard running attire, and a towel if you are a heavy sweater. Please note that baggy clothing should be avoided if possible; short shorts and singlet, tank top, or sports top are preferred. Plan to run for 15-30 minutes intermittently during the scheduled appointment time.
If you wish to run or do a workout the same day of your appointment, you may do so without altering the outcome of the sessions. If you want Scott to see you running during fatigue, you may run for 30-60 minutes outside prior to your appointment.
